Phase 3

Now that you have reached your weight loss goal, the 2 most important phases must be completed. The next two phases are designed so that you do not gain any of the weight back, yet eat a well balanced diet. Starting with Phase 3, we gradually reintroduce healthy carbohydrates and fats back into the diet. We do this at a specific point of the day so you body can acclimate itself to these foods again properly. If Phase 3 isn't performed exactly then the body will be overwhelmed by the carbohydrates again, we do not let that happen with the phase 3 protocol. Phase 3 last only a short period of time because your new body chemistry can handle these foods much better than it use to before the diet began.

On Phase 3 you consume:

  • 1 Ideal Protein food
  • healthy carbohydrates - we will tell you which ones
  • healthy fat
  • unlimited lettuce
  • vegetables
  • additional proteins of your choice
