Phase 3

Starting with Phase 3, we gradually reintroduce simple carbohydrates and healthy fats back into the diet. We do this at a specific point of the day so you body can acclimate itself to these foods again properly. Phase 3 lasts only a short period of time because your new body chemistry can handle these foods much better than it use to before the diet began.

On Phase 3 you consume:

  • 1 Ideal Protein food
  • simple carbohydrates - we will tell you which ones
  • small portion of healthy fat
  • unlimited lettuce
  • vegetables
  • additional proteins of your choice
